AnnuFile

Terms of service

AnnuFile is a private filing service, not a government agency. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any Secretary of State, Department of State, or other government office.

By using AnnuFile you agree that:

  • AnnuFile provides document-preparation and filing help as a private company. We are not a law firm and do not give legal advice.
  • Filing through AnnuFile is optional. You can file yourself with the official state portal for the state fee only (or free where the state charges no fee).
  • You must authorize the filing before we submit. We do not change registered agent, governors/managers, or addresses unless you explicitly request those changes.
  • After payment clears, we aim to file within 2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding Shabbat, yom tov and holidays) of payment, except for pre-orders (such as Pennsylvania 2027), which we file when the state filing window is open — still within 2 business days of the later of payment and window open. Weekends, Shabbat-adjacent closures listed in our calendar, Jewish yom tov, and US federal holidays do not count.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of information you confirm or provide.

Prices (current products)

  • Minnesota LLC annual renewal — $49 all-in (Minnesota SOS renewal fee is $0).
  • Pennsylvania LLC annual report (2027 pre-order) — $59 all-in, including the $7 DOS fee remitted when we file.
  • Idaho LLC annual report — $49 all-in (Idaho Code § 30-21-214(b)(7) lists the annual report as “No fee”; paper/manual paths can add a $20 surcharge — we file online).
  • Washington LLC annual report — planned $119 on-time ($70 state + $49 service) / $144 late paths on annufile.com. Checkout paused / coming soon (waitlist only on production). Not offered on this Preview hub.

Refunds

  • Before we file: If you cancel (or we cannot file for a reason on our side) before submission, we refund the full amount you paid for that order — $49 for Minnesota or Idaho, $59 for Pennsylvania pre-orders. For a paused Washington order when live, the refundable amount before filing is the full amount paid for that path.
  • After the state accepts the filing: State fees remitted to the state (for example Pennsylvania’s $7, or Washington’s state fee when live) are not refundable. Any unused service portion follows support review.
  • Refunds are processed in the Stripe Dashboard (no self-serve refund button on this site).
