How it works
A short authorize form, then Stripe Checkout. We handle the state filing.
- Choose your state and confirm the all-in price.
- Enter your LLC name (official ID optional — we find it) and e-sign.
- Pay by card or Apple Pay on Stripe Checkout.
After payment we file within 2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding Shabbat, yom tov and holidays) of payment — or, for Pennsylvania 2027 pre-orders, when the filing window opens (still within 2 business days of the later of payment and window open). Weekends, Shabbat-adjacent closures listed in our calendar, Jewish yom tov, and US federal holidays do not count. See Terms.
We store your e-signed authorization (typed name, checkbox, timestamp, IP, user agent). AnnuFile does not give legal advice.
